Bait and switch is the strategy
Bait and switch is the strategy Current investor I invested the money in the Growth and REIT fund in Aug only 4 months ago The management by its own acknowledgement knew about prevailing market macro-economic conditions and even then promoted the fund with target 11-12 and when it came to paying dividends - we are told there will no dividends due to these conditions This is simply unacceptable Another REIT fund where I invested in late 2021 also promised quarterly dividends as income and it s more than 2 years and not a dime of dividends have been paid This is horrendous and simply unacceptable

Wonderwheel
Worst customer service i have ever experienced Imagine entrusting your money to a fortress with no doors where your funds are imprisioned indefinitely with no hope of release Thank to my head-er my experience there has been like a well oiled machine consistently delivering payouts with precision and without any delays It s the difference between being stuck in a financial black hole and enjoying seamless reliable transactions

The fact that no one at Yieldstreet has
The fact that no one at Yieldstreet has gone to jail is astounding to me They must be pushing out millions to buy positive reviews from fake financial articles As a REAL investor in them No transparency they have made misleading statements on multiple investments As soon as my remaining investments mature I am out of here

Scam
Yieldstreet has informed investors in the REIT fund that they are discontinuing the Fund and return investor capital as investments mature there will be no further redemptions there were never any redemptions made Instead capital will be returned as each asset matures or is opportunistically sold We expect this wind down process to take approximately 2-3 years I interpret that as saying You can kiss your investment goodbye

Run away
Yieldstreet offers a variety of toxic investment garbage If you want to watch your principal disappear Yieldstreet is the company for you Do not believe any of their lies regarding due diligence There is no protection of your investment and they have a high default rate I believe it is only a matter of time before someone goes to jail

Their third party processor is now having problems according to Yieldstreet so no ACH transfers can be made This has been going on for more than a week This is a sure sign that they are in trouble and investors will have difficulty getting any of their proceeds back

They do really bad work vetting deals - run
YS made a terrible job vetting real estate deals that were heavy-loaded on variable-rate mortgages before the rates went up They are all in default now with people losing their money I guess Yieldstreet was expecting rates to go negative or something The percentage of deals bankruptcy on YS shows the company is fraudulent or incompetent
