Would leave one star if possible This company is a complete scam Not only did I wait 6 weeks for a sweater to arrive usps won t deliver because I have to pay a postage shortage fee of 12 to receive it after paying 15 for shipping This sweater now cost me almost 80 and it s not at all what was pictured There is no real way of getting in touch with customer service because you cannot submit a ticket on their website without and error message popping up What a waste of money and time Do not shop here

Abhorent business practices

They sent me a completely different product from what I ordered and then refused to take it back provide a refund or send me the correct item They basically stole my money and sent me something I didn t want They tried to give me a voucher for a future purchase not even enough to cover what I paid after completely screwing up my order and taking zero responsibility to correct it They then tried to provide a partial refund Eventually they agreed to issue a refund for the purchase but would not refund the shipping and also required me to pay shipping to return the item I have spent 30 in shipping charges for a product I never ordered and never wanted To add further insult this purchase was made by my young daughter with her allowance money who was excited about the shirt she saved for and purchased but never received

I am very disappointed with the products I received after a month and a half Very poor quality and execution Based on my own experience I do NOT recommend buying shoes from this site The presentation on the website has nothing to do with the actual product that I received
