False advertising - says the material is cotton linen blend and it s 100 synthetic Plus no garment labels to indicate material content Garments look nothing like the photos Sizing is ridiculous Don t buy I m completely disappointed

Worst scam ever - items bore absolutely no relationship to my order Do not fall for this Not remotely what I ordered What I was sent is just rubbish Am claiming refund but not much hope

Its a very bad ripoff I ordered 3 trousers and a neckless I never received the neckless The trousers were supposed to be of coton but it is polyester I have been mailing them but after a few mails I am blokked

Unable to return products total scam

I received the products which where not how they looked online and wanted to return them As the return address was not posted on their site I wrote them an email asking for the address They have not send me a return address just offered me a 10 voucher to keep the products As if I am ever going to buy from them again

Horrible quality Fraudulent and Deceptive

Horrible quality as the other raters mentioned Don t fall for this scam They have used AI to make the items appear like natural fibers in the photos but the fabric that the clothing is made of is very low quality polyester and the fabrication of the items could have been done on my home sewing machine that is 50 years old There are also no fabric tags so they have deniability I selected my items carefully ensuring the description indicated cotton or linen This company is engaging in deceptive sales practices and it is nothing short of fraud I emailed their customer service to request a refund and they asked me to send photos What This is just a delay tactic and I will likely just have to let this go as poor judgement on my part but i wish there was some recourse from an agency that oversees fraudulent practices I also see they are advertising the same clothing under several different company names that pop up in ads so buyer beware

WATCH OUT - SCAM WEBSITE

WATCH OUT This company offers products in their website that are not even close to what they deliver On the website you see real wool sweaters and the product delivered is a printed stamped sweater of an awful quality and poor finishing The next problem stands when you want to return the products and they refuse to return the money Instead offering discount coupons to buy more awful sweaters

Very disappointed I fell for this

Well the clothes looked lovely in the photos But when I received the items I d ordered --The items were all too small though I bought a size larger just-in-case -- the tags had been removed from the items so that I couldn t confirm the size or that they are 100 cotton as advertised They didn t feel like cotton -- several of the items were stained and marked Service kept offering me discount coupons instead of a refund and when I refused sent the following email I was told by our Financial manager that Our account has been frozen due to a lot of transactions recently The manager is currently dealing with this issue All refunds will be postponed for a period of time So sorry for the inconvenience Your understanding is highly appreciated Warm regards
