I ve really struggled to sleep through the night for a long time now This is mainly since I ve been going through the menopause I ve been taking the night pill just over 2 months and have found it really has helped To only wake a couple of times is a dramatic change for me Hopefully a full nights sleep is just around the corner Wonderful product

The first night of taking the night
The first night of taking the night pill I didn t sleep well so I emailed for advice and it was suggested I take it earlier so the next night I did and been sleeping great ever since I took a little break when they ran out and boy did I know I wasn t taking them I didn t sleep well at all and took ages to get to sleep I quickly re ordered and subscribed Whatever is in them works Try you won t be disappointed
