Terrible customer service service doesnt even work
Barely existant and sarcastic customer service support staff when they do reply it s ridiculously late the last reply I got from them was a smartaleck response and nothing in the last 24 hours I pay for the service and I m livid

Sent them a couple of emails regarding our blasts that we are getting 0 replies 0 reports No REPLY up to now this has been going on for a week now No number to call them to check We ve been one of their loyal customers for 5 years now Paying them thousands of bucks for subscriptions Filing for a chargeback but to no availLAME and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bad service and wrong charges with no refund The technical support does not respond and the money is not returned I am a registered user for 5 years and the service has become very bad I want to cancel but they do not return the money I have two tickets open and they still do not respond The owner or CEO is Patrick Van Acker but also his attention is bad

TERRIBLE They have charged my card twice now and will not refund and I haven t used the service for several months I had removed my credit card info and they still somehow charged me No reply to my repeated requests for a refund of at least the most recent charge They haven t sent me an email in a couple years That must be how they make money quietly charging people and hoping they don t notice because the produce is LOW QUALITY They are way behind Clunky awkward interface Most emails are spam boxed I do much better with tracked direct emails and Mailchimp

Subscribed for 1 year now after 1year they charged me again and even emailing them gives me no answers Reported to paypal now and waiting to see if they reply as 2 tickets and many emails gave me no answers at all

Stay clear
Stay clear of YMLP I used to be their loyal customer for a number of years and recently joined again just to find out it s impossible to stop the subscription once you make the first payment The support does not reply to any tickets there s no telephone number to contact and it s impossible to remove your card details from the system I have been charged three times now for a service I m unable to cancel
