Good programs for older man
I am 72 soon to be 73 I am overweight and out of shape I was losing my flexibility and realized I needed to get myself more active So I signed up for these yoga programs and now I try to work out at least five days a week I begin my days with both chair yoga and the flat belly program They both have been just about right for my level The only area that I would suggest for improvement I am trying to lose weight and it s not easy to monitor my weight in this program In fact I haven t lost any still I do feel better and my flexibility has improved and I m sleeping better

Excellent program
Excellent program You can start at any level and progress at your own pace I had never done any yoga in my entire life and this past January at age 73 I started It has made a huge difference in my flexibility and balance Plus toned up my body I try to use the program at least four times a week

Challenging but rewarding
I really enjoyed doing both the wall pilates and the chair yoga I found that some of the transition times between exercises for wall pilates was very short or non existent Which made it hard to keep pace The sound did not sometimes come on until half way thru exercise routine

I have enjoyed the program so far
I have enjoyed the program so far as an older person 70 I have found it to be just right in its dificulty and lenght of time for each session I m not sure if I have really lost any weight or improved my physique but I do feel more limber and fitter I feel the program should become more difficult ad time goes on as after 23 days think it could be a little more callenging that being said have really enjoyed the program so far

This app made yoga accessible
I appreciate the many options I have as a true beginner who is out of shape and overweight The instructions are easy to follow they make the practice accessible This app has given me the confidence and the hope that I can progress in my yoga practice and achieve my goals I truly appreciate that they are not making unrealistic promises The reminders always make me smile and want to open the app and get started

I m doing the Chair Yoga Challenge I answered a questionnaire about my abilities and goals and a personalized program was designed and made available on the app You can do the sessions at your convenience and you also have access to short exercises that you can choose to do independently I like that you can control your progress and if you can t do that day s exercise you can do it later without losing the progression

Not intimidating
Not intimidating The exercises start up easy and slowly get harder I am really out of shape and found this easier to continue and not feel intimidated If the program was too difficult I would have already stopped by now I have really bad knees and cannot get onto all fours and floor work is very difficult for me I try to change an exercise I cannot do but sometimes that is difficult to attain I wish there was a way to accommodate my bad knees into the program

This beginner loves Yoga-go
As a beginner I was leery of what the app might offer but I shouldn t have worried The Yoga-go workouts are perfect for my level of fitness and lack of experience with yoga The music and background sounds are soothing the instructions clear and the physical instructor s poses likewise easy to discern The app itself is easy to use I just passed my first month anniversary with the app and I love it
