I recently purchased antique furniture from Yolanda Gray Antiques on the eBay website Normally I would feel apprehensive purchasing antique furniture solely by seeing the photos and reading the description from the seller Especially since the seller is located in the UK and the item was to be shipped to Italy However the description was comprehensive and included many images from every angle Not only that the response time and communication was really helpful to instill confidence that the customer service team really cares about the buyer s satisfaction That being said what really stood out was the care with which they packed the items They were very fragile but arrived in pristine condition due to the custom wood box the team constructed which protected the cargo through international shipping Thank you again so much for the impeccable service If I may add one suggestion - find another insulation material because the styrofoam was a nightmare When I opened the box it was outside and there was a bit of wind small pieces of styrofoam went everywhere I cleaned up every tiny piece I could find but it was quite a mess to deal with Other than that suggestion A service

It is always a risk to buy unseen online but the antique Georgian wardrobe I purchased was exactly as advertised Communications on delivery were good and the packaging was exceptional If only all dealers were as reputable

I bought a fabulous Victorian gothic half tester bed which I am delighted with The bed is in excellent condition and exactly as expected from the comprehensive description and photographs Julian and the team have been very helpful and responsive throughout the buying process and proactive in organising delivery The bed arrived exactly when expected The delivery team phoned half an hr before arrival and were very helpful in delivering the item to the room It was very well packed and the upholstery well protected in plastic covering Overall a great experience I would highly recommend to others and am sure I will use Yola Gray again
