DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I placed an order with this company weeks ago and requested a specific date for delivery and for further information on expected fulfilment timescales I am yet to receive the order and sent a number of emails asking for an update to date I have not received a single response to any of the emails I have sent There is only 1 email address which is either un-manned or they have appalling customer service I am now left with no option but to complete a charge back with my bank as there is no way of actually contacting them and whilst I have requested a refund surprisingly they are yet to reply I would strongly recommend that you do not buy from this company and save yourself from the terrible experience I have received

I ordered a bag on 9th January 2024 I have tried to contact the company several times and had a couple of replies with promises of the bag being sent which never materialised I thought it may have been a scam but would appear this is a real company How many more people have been a victim of this company I know of at least another two You should be ashamed of yourself I wouldn t advise anyone to buy from this company an absolute disgrace
