Having followed Dr Joe since the release of What the bleep and completed the intensive home study the live intensive retreat just blew me away The explanations presentation and the meditations have me living life in technicolour I am so excited to see what the future holds in store and find myself in a perpetual state of exhilaration Everyone deserves to feel like this X

Superb organisation at Dr Joe Dispenza event

I attended the Dr Joe Dispenza event at the St Jakobshalle It was superbly organised by Younity The food was excellent and the break out areas created a nice environment to relax in the breaks Entry and exit from the event was seamless and all the staff were very warm and friendly

Excellent organization and unique experience

This was my first retreat and it exceeded all my expectations To be honest I was little worried how it would all work with over 8100 people However everything was so organized that from the beginning I felt safe connected guided and informed so I could focus all my attention and energy on lectures perfecting meditation and breathing techniques as well as gaining the spiritual experience that this kind of event provides I learned a lot heard other people s experiences saw how advanced students perform their practices and received many explanations and additional guidelines that helped me take my practice to a higher level Thanks to all of that this was a unique experience in my life after which I am even more motivated to continue my practice
