Yourfone is a terrible company with misleading communication The customer service is so unreliable and no word they say can be trusted Their only goal is to keep to you stuck as a customer so they lie I have been having problems with them for over two months now and no matter what I write they don t even bother to read and send automatic replies They keep changing my cancellation date K ndigungsdatum and when I try to correct it they ignore They want every cent they can get and play very very dirty to get it Worst company bunch of liars and manipulative people

Very happy with their friendly customer
Wow Excellent customer service and very friendly Never expected such a nice phone shop at Ormeau I find them on gumtree ad for a iPhone 11 just for 675 and they also gave me 350 trade in value for my old iPhone X Definitely recommend my families to this guy Also later I checked their google review and figured out many happy customers like me already left their nice comment over there Thanks a lot for making my phone trade so easy
