They are not responding at all to repairs or complaints
I reported not having water from my bath s hot tap on December 9th 3 further attempts at contact about it since Zero response I ve just submitted another letter even though I ve had no response at all from YHG They are supposed to contact me within 5 working days of a service request and then 10 working days from a complaint submitted neither of which they have done There s also no response to my complaint about an intercom that constantly malfunctions I don t have an electric shower so that means I haven t been able to wash properly in weeks and it s winter It s Job no 4696747 YHG logged it on my homehub but no-one has contacted me YHG claim We are committed to providing an excellent service to all of our customers However if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service please let us know and give us the chance to put things right How can you claim this and then blatantly ignore my repair requests A landlord not providing running hot water in either a bath or a shower is illegal P S Just also come in and when I put my fob against the external door for Northpoint House there s no light and the door isn t locked - which is a security concern One time tenants were freaking out because the door wouldn t unlock which meant that they d have been trapped inside if there was a fire Same contractor Maintec and product involved with my intercom issue

I have been offered two different houses from your housing group I was told that I would be allowed to take my pets with me Sent all my documents and id Got excited I sent everything they asked for and did everything they asked straight away Next day after being offered each house I got a call Sorry but you can t take all your pets I was distraught I cried and pleaded and tried to reassure them that my pets were really good and I could get references for them Your housing group were heartless and uncaring I spoke to the manager whom also was heartless I pleaded that I needed to move out of my current property But she didn t care Then she started lecturing me on my circumstances Asking me have I considered new schools for my child why do I want to move She was so arrogant In the end I turned both houses down I will be making an official complaint And I will never apply for one of their properties again

I had a job interview with them The interview process is patronising I have been actively involved in my trade for decades with all the qualifications Worked in different countries and would be an absolute asset to the company One of the interviewers who probably has never had other jobs in other companies seemed somewhat immature

Waited 12 weeks for a recall to a job On the day they phoned to say they were cancelling as they had no one available I kicked off and said I would take action if they didn t turn up that day They came and said they would report back Yeah well still waiting

what a joke by YHG AGAIN Again they are BENNY HILL BUILDERS Manager Spending Monies Like won the lottery Apparently works are not tendered out they just give expensive works to carry out to so called contractors there own MD HAD TO resigned because of Irregualities regarding works allocated out WITHOUT Tenders being issued Probably best mates with JOE ANDERSON Coruppt former mayor of liverpool Reported an issue in january 2023 many issues reported And got a response back in November 2024 Saying that the issue was being done OVER 22MONTHS LATERAnd Gues What Not Done Properly JUST BOTCHED IT UP AND SAID DONE

I was with your housing association for 35 years Had my flat nice The last two years it was full of Mode The Housing association refused to do anything I had to leave because it made me ill they refused to rehouse me And I have been living on the street for two years I m 62 years old with bad health I would get better treatment if I was a Foreign Muslim

Appalling service
We recently moved into a new property managed by your housing group who were responsible for getting the gas supply uncapped upon us moving in I am beyond disappointed with the shocking level of service from your housing group We have been left without gas for over a week and their complete lack of urgency or care has been appalling Despite repeatedly contacting them I was passed around from one department to another with no resolution I took a day off work and waited from 8am-6pm expecting an engineer to come out as promised only for no one to show up This not only wasted my time but also cost me significantly in Uber fares traveling to and from the property all for nothing Their failure to communicate properly and provide any real assistance has been beyond frustrating To make matters worse there are vulnerable people at this address and the company has shown zero concern for their well-being Leaving us without gas for this long especially in cold weather is completely unacceptable Their disregard for tenants basic needs and their inability to handle emergencies efficiently is disgraceful I strongly urge anyone considering dealing with your housing group to think twice This level of incompetence is inexcusable and I really do hope they take responsibility for their failures and improve their service Absolutely unacceptable
