Wow changed my life
Wow where do I start Having just completed the Preparing for Successful Weight loss course my mind is blown The course has far exceed my expectations I enrolled on this course as person who has struggled with my weight my whole life and having had varying degree of success on weight loss plans I felt this course may give me a fresh focus on my journey and I wasn t disappointed Firstly Claire is amazing her passion knowledge and skills in this subject are on another level being someone who has been on her own personal journey which she will share with you she understands the challenge And the excuses The course material is well presented and delivered in a timely manner allowing for interaction withIn the group I won t lie the course has taken me completely out of my comfort zones It s made me really think about ME as a person it s caused me a sleepless night it s made me cry more than once but it s also made me laugh and challenge the excuses I have previously used The course has enabled me to stop thinking I want to lose weight and made me think Why It s made me accountable for my actions recognise my habits successes and address my previous failings The course have given me the tools and understanding to see this is not a quick fit diet It has made me realise that its my behaviours that have driven my past and by changing those behaviours I can have an amazing future It is a life style change that will provide a long healthier and happier life in smaller clothes too Thank you Claire for your care love and support This course has truly changed my life and I am so excited for where the future ME is heading 100 recommended

The best of the best
I m a 50 year old male and I ve spent the vast majority of my life eating and drinking for a lifestyle that was not exactly healthy I never really let go of my childhood diet of crisps chocolate bars and sweets as well as takeaways and biscuits I was at a stage where I was overweight and also concerned for my future health I made the decision myself to do something to improve my health as I entered my fifties which I consider to be the heart attack decade and myself a prime candidate but I knew I d need help in order to achieve this I decided to try Claire at YOUR ONE LIFE Claire took the time to listen to my situation so that she fully understood it As she begun her coaching I immediately felt very reassured that I was in the hands of a very capable and knowledgable expert With her help I have developed a vastly superior understanding of my own bad habits and more importantly how to beat them to achieve a better lifestyle Claire is excellent at steering you through the process guiding you psychologically as well as physically and arming you with excellent tools to achieve your goals Nothing changes overnight but over the weeks and months I really noticed the difference and also feel confident that I ll be able to continue to stay healthy over the long term Claire is excellent well worth the time effort and self-investment and I cannot recommend her highly enough

If you need to find your true self then this is for you
Having had Claire s help and attending her Preparing for weight loss course I can honestly say that this has changed my life Sounds dramatic but it has I have lost nearly 2 stone thrown away my old clothes that I hated and were not me at all and for the first time in my life enjoy the food I choose to eat and am in complete control If you need a jump start and a way of finding your true self I cannot recommend working with Claire enough

Claire is a lifesaver
I ve been working with Claire for nearly six months now and I ve made more progress in those few months than I have in the last nine years And not just progress with my physical health I ve made huge progress with my mindset behaviour how I feel and how I cope with difficult situations Claire has helped me to make huge changes one small step at a time I ve never felt overwhelmed or any pressure from Claire only encouragement Every time I reflect on how far I ve come I am astounded by how much Claire has taught me in such a short time and it makes me even happier to know that what I ve learnt from her are things I can take away for life not just the short burst of my weight loss journey Like so many people I ve lost and regained weight over and over again but Claire is teaching me a long-term sustainable solution to losing weight and becoming healthy I now recognise there is no point in shedding the pounds if you don t accompany it with learning new habits and unlearning bad habits Claire is incredibly knowledgeable and explains complex psychological theories into digestible understandable concepts that help you form new ways of thinking and in turn help you overcome things you just couldn t figure out why you previously couldn t do Not only does she deal with the mindset she also gives you practical day-to-day help and support The thing that drew me to Claire when I first got in contact was when she said People often wait until they ve understood the reason why they are doing what they do but you can so easily waste a lifetime trying to figure that out You don t have to wait until then to take action it s often once you start your journey that you begin to understand the why This really resonated with me as I d wasted so much time trying to understand what is wrong with me which has led me to not address my poor health until years later But it s never too late and while the journey to becoming healthy may seem daunting Claire breaks it down into achievable mini-goals that make the journey seem far less scary and more manageable For anyone struggling not only with health issues but with any ongoing difficulties I would highly recommend reaching out to Claire You are one phone call away from making the best decision of your life

If you really want to change your life this is the course for you
I joined this course as I knew this was my last attempt to lose weight before I went in Hospital for back surgery All I can say is wow Claire really knows her stuff I was slightly apprehensive as I ve tried so many ways to lose weight I ve successfully lost weight in the past andno matter what I do i always manage to put it all back on I d lost faith and didn t believe in myself anymore Starting this course was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made I have gained so much knowledge and learnt new skills to enable me to deal with the reasons behind my overeating and how to take control of it I m not saying it was easy You have to commit and sometimes face things you would rather not face But if you do you will reap the rewardsThe course is very informative interesting Claire breaks each session down into easy to digest chunks and is always there to support you through the course Either with the online group or on a 1-1 basis The course content covers so much I personally really enjoyed the psychological aspect as to the reasons why webehave as we do around food What I personally loved about Claire apart from the fact she is highly qualified motivated was that Claire reallyhelps you to believe in yourself She has been where we are now Not only has she lost the weight but she has keptit off so who better to learn from Claire really helps you to believe in yourself her positivity is infectious There isn t one thing in particular that I could say I took away from the course that has helped me because thatwould not do the course justice All I can say is I really believe it has not only changed my relationship with food buthas improved my outlook on life Thank you Claire you have changed my life

Want to lose weight - This is how to do it
This course has been fantastic At the beginning I thought it would just help with my motivation but I learnt so much from the course about the psychology behind what we eat and why It was a real revelation to me I had always thought that as I ate quite healthily I just needed to tweak what I was doing but I came to realise that I am not listening to my body when I eat but just continuing old habits that no longer serve me well The eureka moment for me was coming across the saying Your current habits are perfectly suited to achieving your current results It s so obvious but it really made me recognise that if I wanted different results I needed to change what I was doing and I needed a plan Through the course I was able to make my own personal plan that I am now busy putting into place and I feel confident that I can make the changes I need to The course provided excellent support both through Claire as the leader and through the other members doing the programme at the same time It was interesting to share experiences with others and to hear their stories When I started the course I felt that my knowledge was good but my motivation commitment and confidence were lagging behind Through the course I noticed that changing so now I feel really ready to make those changes and achieve my goals The course is obviously focused on weight loss but actually what I have learnt will support me in making other changes in my life Thoroughly recommended
