Excellent Service

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service received by yourselves and your company Placing the order was stress free and the speed in which you processed it was brilliant It was great to give our Y6 pupils their hoodies when we returned after the school holiday earlier this month The kids are thrilled with them I will recommend your company to other schools and will definitely use you again in the future

Amazing company

Amazing company Must admit I got super lucky with the fantastic Beverley there - BUT - as she is so fantastic then surely with someone like Beverley in your team then everyone else is as good I must say if it wasn t for Beverley I don t know what I would have done It s so hard with online companies as you can t be there chat face to face and it makes it really hard but that is how today in this world is - everything is online If it wasn t for Beverley then god knows what I would have done - it kind of reminded me as I rang in despair that amazing service DOES still exist in the UK I struggle to find it these days coming from a service background but it does still exist at Your School Uniform Beverley was fabulous Am sure the rest of the team follow her also Amanda Scarlet x

Excellent service and friendly

Excellent service and friendly helpful staff I have 3 children in school and have been going to example for years Their clothing is of good quality and the staff and they get everything I need done quickly Staff are always happy to help

Very long delivery

Awful Always problems with my orders and whenever I ring them they can t tell me what s happend Have been waiting 3 weeks for a red hill pe kit and finally got an email but only half my order has been shipped as the joggers are now out of stock yet I go on the website and they are in stock Joke Getting a refund on it all and not trusting them again

total ignorance

2 Jumpers Late falling apart DO NOT BUY from here Jumpers were sent 2 weeks late after already awaiting 6 weeks Quality is awful after 4-5 washes all the material is bobbled up elastic has totally gone Terrible Terrible Quality Will not refund these as clearly faulty

Not happy

Sent items back in September and it s now November and I still haven t had the money refunded to me I had to chase them 3 times absolutely terrible and will not be using them again Hopefully the school will use different supplies next year

Overpriced tack

Took 3 months to send 2 t-shirts without acknowledging delay or apologising for it or any messaging during the long wait I can barely think of any goods where that would be considered an acceptable delivery time least of all school uniform which is obviously required for specific dates As a result I was forced to buy alternatives elsewhere in the meantime Which is a waste of my time and money as well as contributing to unnecessary clothing waste in the world Though the t-shirts I bought in the shop cost less than a 1 4 of the price of those from yourschooluniform What a joke
