Beautiful tiles

First time I ve ordered from this company but I m very happy I did The tiles are beautiful the customer service was great and the delivery was smooth I ll definitely use again in the future

Exemplary Customer Service

A lot went wrong most of it my fault but the customer service was exemplary This even involved delivering my tiles in the evening to make sure I didn t lose my booking with my tiler

Lovely tiles excellent customer service

Excellent service I ordered a tile sample which I loved I was planning on ordering 21sqm of tiles so rang up to check that they would all come from the same batch to ensure no colour variation I was assured that all orders come from the same batch to avoid any colour variation I placed my order online and subsequently received a call to advise me that the colour of the new batch of tiles was slightly different to the sample I had received To ensure I was happy with the slightly different colour Your Tiles sent me a new sample free of charge I confirmed I was happy and the tiles were delivered promptly by a lovely delivery driver I am so pleased with the tiles and the service I received I can t recommend Your Tiles highly enough

Great service and the sample tile is gorgeous Sadly delivery to my home was so expensive that I couldn t justify the purchase of tilesfor the whole area The joys of island living I suppose

Easy transaction tiles arrived exactly as stated I contacted web support as I hadn t received confirmation of delivery they quickly responded and confirmed my delivery instantly even with a time slot so I was most satisfied with the customer service My tiles are fantastic and exactly a shown on the website Very happy with my purchase and would use again
