Toolbox found us a decorator after a couple of months of trying to get someone on our own The app was really easy to use their response time was always quick and we re really happy with the finished room Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of home renovation work

The guys at toolbox are supremely professional They hugely assisted me in refining my design and finding cost effective solutions while still achieving the high quality design I required The building work went to plan budget and time The builders workmen cleaned up after themselves each night and ensured I had a working toilet They were always courteous and asked questions to confirm any decisions The end result was a truly stunning bathroom Truly stunning The fit finish and quality is second to none Best of all they were the cheapest if the quotes that came in I can wholeheartedly recommend them without reservation I will be using them on my upcoming loft extension project

A fantastic service from start to finish

Toolbox made my bathroom renovation project completely seamless After carrying out an initial visit and setting my budget Jules helped me to finalise a design and recommended fittings in line with the scheme that I was hoping to achieve Once everything was ordered the Toolbox team kept me fully up to date with the project times and were always available to answer any questions and discuss any final changes during the process The project was completed on time on budget and I am absolutely thrilled with the final result I cannot recommend Toolbox enough and will definitely use them again

They ghosted us before finishing

They ghosted us before finishing project It s incredibly disappointing to have to write this review but I have been left with no choice I chose Toolbox largely based on their commitment to provide customers with a stress-free renovation experience and the positive reviews on this site After initially hiring them to complete two bathrooms we had significant issues with that first team that was brought in to carry out the works I won t go into detail but it was horrendous and has left us with a faulty room While they did bring in another team to finish the second project the first is not complete Despite committing in writing to correcting the faults in the first washroom they have completely stopped replying to calls emails We have even tried the CEO to no response It has now been over two months since work has stopped and we will be significantly out of pocket to fix the issues left by Toolbox Hopefully you have a different experience if you work with them but I would definitely ask to meet with the contractor who will be assigned your project before you sign the contract

An incompetent contractor Jordan who treated us like we were idiots made huge errors that took months to fix and resulted in the overall finish being less adequate than we paid for Very bad workmanship corners cut rushed and subcontracted out to cheap labour who didn t seem to have much experience They initially fitted a bath so might from the floor it was difficult to step into Absolutely no clue The Project manager only visited the site once and that was after we refused to sign off the work because it was so shoddy Hugely regret using them There s still snagging that I gave up on as it went on for months and months They have rebranded surprise surprise as Renda Would definitely not recommend They re not worth the money they charge In fairness planning design and sourcing of products was smooth but the choice of contractor showed complete inexperience as he was awful and ultimately ruined the job
