Facilitation that enhances the journey of learning yoga

I enjoyed every component of this course and it s offerings The ease of access The knowledge of the instructors and how they made content relatable and provided moments for personal insight I felt supported throughout the criculum The balance of information and guidance helped spark my passion to a new level I am grateful for skill and knowledge of all the instructors who helped guide me through to my successful completion The detailed lessons made it easy to navigate and the access to library of classes supported me in my personal practice I am looking forward to the 300 hrs course and any future offerings Your Yoga Flow shares with its students

Amazing yoga program

I loved that this program was self paced and how everything was formatted The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly I felt like I learned a lot of new information and was able to expand in areas where I already had some experience

Finding your voice course through your yoga flow online

I loved this class It did not feel overwhelming had a beautiful flow and I learned a lot Angela Inglis has a lovely presence It is nice seeing an additional side of our teachers through these smaller modules Aloha and Mahalo Patricia Rockwood

I ve just completed the 100 hour Children s Yoga Teacher Training

I ve just completed the 100 hour Children s Yoga Teacher Training I had previously completed my 200hr YTT with Your Yoga Flow and wanted to branch out to children s yoga as I am a primary school teacher I thoroughly enjoyed the Children s YTT course Each section was broken down into sizeable chunks and were informative The lectures about the development of the brain and emotional wellbeing were particularly interesting I highly recommend this course

Always grateful for this learning experience

Being part of this program was a very nurturing experience as a yoga student as a yoga teacher and as a person who went through a pregnancy during the time spent studying I learned so much Thank you for offering such a valuable program with so many tools to put into practice and to share with other students I am very happy I ve found Your yoga flow to keep learning about Yoga This is the first time I take an online training and it wasa very rewarding experience The way the course is set up helped me organize so much even after having my baby Thanks to all the teachers in this program I felt a very special connection with Angela she is a very inspiring teacher all of them are Always grateful for this learning experience

They are all experienced teacher the manual they suggest is a good tool for the programme and they give you real feedback on the practicum It keeps you involved even thugh it is online I loved it

Fantastic program The teachers are so helpful inclusive understanding and caring The program made me feel safe and supported knowing that there was always someone available to help They really take the time to explain everything thoroughly Being an online program you can really learn as much as the effort you put into it It has very valuable information and the care they put into the lessons and videos is really worth mentioning Lots of love to the whole team

Please share with us your thoughts and insights about the program We are humbled by all feedback and we appreciate all feedback good bad or indifferent Positives were the teachers the program and the content I feel like I m getting to know the teachers even though it s just through video footage I feel a sense of warmth and caring from them I can tell from their interactions that they are fun dedicated supportive and understanding I admire their knowledge and skill base I have respect for this program It seems to be high quality and the service is professional prompt and helpful I enjoyed the content of the course and found it valuable to better understand the body mind and spiritThis comment can be taken with a grain of salt as philosophies differ but I had a hard time watching the practice classes I have been a classroom teacher for almost 30 years and I understand the desire to make the class enjoyable accessible and easy-going however I feel those things could still be incorporated but with higher expectations of the children Children can be active participants play games and express themselves without having minimal regard for the other learners in the class and respect for the speaker I also understand the desire to connect be silly and increase engagement but I don t think I could teach in that kind of environment But maybe they were younger than what I am used to and they need to fidgit and wiggle more but I still think I would need a little more structure So it s not a criticism I feel it just wouldn t work for me But I am fully aware that it s definitely a fine line and always an interesting journey developing a working relationship with a variety of children Thank you for the solid program I am excited to use my new knowledge in the classroom and in my school Sincerely Sherry Hjorth
