I ordered merchandise almost 2 years ago and never got it After many emails to them I still never got the item nor did I get my refund Save your money and NEVER order from them Terrible business practices Shameful

I ignorantly ordered 3 of these precious appearing dolls for our granddaughters well ahead of Christmas February 7th several reach outs and put off now completely not even able to email Shame on people Too bad choosing low life functions are accepted and I totally blame myself for believing

Unlike some others here we actually received a doll but it was completely awful They are using stolen pictures from reputable vendors and if you are lucky enough to actually receive your order it will a garbage knock off made from cheap synthetics that looks like some terrifying mutant alien child Luckily we received a full paypal refund Stay away

Same review as everyone else COMPLETE scam website I ordered 5 dolls and got notification that they were shipped Tracking still shows no progress on my order I never received a response to my emails asking if they were scamming me to please let me know cue the crickets I m quite diligent about checking reviews of companies that are unfamiliar to me When I ordered at the end of November reviews were positive ANOTHER scam I m out 160 00 BEWARE

Absolute con men Paid 46 for a Waldorf doll They took the money on 1st November Nothing since Except I sent an email expressing my annoyance and saying I would give them negative reviews everywhere I could and lo and behold I receive a quite nice Christmas stocking in the post no indication who it s from with a card from laurenzo cn Saying this is a little gift whilst you wait for your handmade products It can only be from this bunch of yoyoholiday They must think I fell off the proverbial Christmas tree

I wish I had researched the reviews before making a purchase on this site I attempted to reach someone in Customer Service several times requesting delivery status and then a refund I ve received no response and it s been two months since I placed the order I was provided a bogus tracking number They need to be stopped The one star rating is for having a convincing website to lure unsuspecting victims

It is unbelievable that this bogus company is just taking thousands of dollars from customers hoping to receive merchandise they paid for Thankfully I only bought one Waldorf doll with clothes for 48 06 I was also going to buy one for my granddaughter How do these people live with themselves How do we take them off the internet I m sorry for all those thousands of people who have been robbed I of course wouldn t give them any stars why would I I have nothing for my money but that is not an option I do believe that Karma is no joke fake yoloholiday store

SCAM ARTIST DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company YoYo Holiday does not even rate one star They are a scam company I purchased a Waldorf Doll and never received my order I contacted them several times by email to no avail They are not a reputable company All they did was send me a Christmas Stocking which I did not order
