YRC just does not seem to care

YRC just does not seem to care Damaged freight and nothing gets done about it Dont accept anything that is damaged you will never get your money back Shipments are never on time inclement weather they say however it is above 50 s and no bad weather around the route taken I just dont understand how can this company gets any work these days

Unprofessional

Unprofessional Worst service Our order should have been delivered weeks ago still don t have it When I call can t speak to a supervisor Leave a message no call back This company doesn t care because they were paid already by the one we ordered from Seriously frustrating disappointing Cannot believe they are in business WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Better off hiring your cousins neighbor who boosted a truck WOW

YRC Tracking System is a Farce

YRC Tracking System is a Farce They do not scan a bar code on your shipment but rather PAPERWORK Their esoteric language for LOST is short Their system stated my 450 pound bathtub was short on January 17 but did absolutely NOTHING When I called the warehouse on January 24 only then did they start a DOCK SEARCH Their tracking system is a complete failure

Delayed for weeks

Ordered a small package from California to Georgia Esteemed delivery time was 5 days Now it was more than 3 weeks and we still didn t receive it Trying to get an update all that they are saying it s because of the bad weather There is absolutely nothing wrong with the weather No one answered phone calls Bad experience Not recommend Don t waist your time and money

This is probably one of the worst

This is probably one of the worst freight companies I have used for shipments My freight was suppose to be delivered in 7 days and they are reaching 14 days now They constantly keep pushing back the delivery date with no valid day of delivery or guarantees I do not recommend anyone using this company unless you like being left in the dark on where your shipment is

Save your time and money use someone else

We had a pallet that was supposed to ship from Canada to the USA for a customer YRC picked up the pallet from our warehouse and then dropped it back off at our warehouse 3 days later saying they could not complete the shipment it never left Calgary They advertise broker inclusive services but apparently they don t actually offer it I was advised to file a refund request for the 700 paid - which I did - and they simply ignored it for several months I ended up successfully disputing the charge through our credit card provider YRC is now demanding payment of 275 instead for what is threatening legal action and collections and is harassing us constantly This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with We should have listened to all of the reviews about them and avoided them at all costs

Clown Show on Wheels

They give you a day and say they will be there then no call no show We had to assemble a pallet outside and wrap it only to find out they were not coming Then we had to take it apart to reassemble it another day so we could have a different company pick it up They refused to make any effort to remedy the situation even though we had a remedy that would take a total of 10 minutes of the drivers time Go with XPO and pay the extra amount for the outstanding service

Gave my 5k ITEM to a stranger

I ordered a vending machine off this website and unfortunately they worked with this Yellow Delivery company They said it would take a week and would call me 24 hours before delivering my machine 5 days later I FOUND OUT IT WAS DELIVERED 2 DAYS BEFORE BY CHECKING IT STATUS ONLINE THEY NEVER CALLED ME or left a message worst of all they had my item signed off to a stranger who worked in that facility Luckily that stranger had no interest in playing around with my item Horrible horrible service

Do Not Ever Use This Company

7 days to send a load 150 miles Was told it would be a two day transit I lost my customer over this and no one at YRC could even care I could go one and on but what s the point If you want the worst carrier out there for your freight YRC is the best
