Terrible customer service and products
Terrible customer service and products quality control They were on sale on the website So I brought many lipsticks But all of them are expired They are made over 3years and the customer service keep telling me the products have minimum 3years and refused to return After I was talking with them for over a month they reply email so slow they asked me mail the products But I have no access for the products for a long time And they just hold my money refuse to return my money They don t realize it is their fault sending the expired products and you have to sacrifice your time to get your own money back which is YSL s fault They don t do anything to show their customers they are sorry for selling you expired products Really disappointed and will never buy anything from this company again If you still want YSL at least don t buy any on sale products They are made at least 3 years ago Who knows if it is still good on face

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service It s non existent Waited 2 weeks and my order still wasn t shipped out They charged me twice and argue that it s not true I have the statement and i spoke to the credit card company and there are 2 charges for the exact same amount This is unacceptable they can t cancel an order but they don t ship it out They say they can t transfer you to a manager because there is only 1 manager in all of canada LOL and they don t know when the manager can call you back This is a disgrace to the YSL name Nothing like the actual YsL website I am in Mtl and they ship from mtl 2 weeks and nothing but delays And i have 2 charges in my account and never recieved a tracking number or anything they said they can t cancel but they will redirect the package back to the warehouse Hilarious they rather spend money on shipping than cancel an order that was forgotten about and there employees and rude and condescending My credit card company said they will dispute the transactions and god knows how long this will take What kind of a company charges you twice in 2 different occasions

This place is a fraud They are quick to take your money They don t deliver in a timely manner You then pay for your own shipping back and they don t refund you You chase them down for months for a fraction of a refundThis company steals from you They take your money and they WILL NOT deliver This is a company to avoid like the plague It s disturbing to see that after 7 months of attempting my own money back they take pride in robbing everyone

Return policy sucks
Just buy from Sephora You have to pay for the shipping if you have some items for return The first brand I ordered from with this kind of return policy Didn t expect this from a luxury brand On top of that some of my items are missing Crazyyyy I should ve checked the reviews before ordering

Only one thing
The order came in quick and everything was packaged nicely My only complaint is that they refunded me as a correction two days ago and charged my card again which I found a little odd Other than that this was a successful order I was worried after reading the reviews for the us site that I threw my money away and that this would be a disaster but the Canadian site was a much different experience for me
