Very Happy
My order arrived and I was delighted I ordered three different models of the man woman with dogs and one of the woman with cat Sadly the cats tail had been broken off which may well of happened during its journey to me I emailed Yukon Design and they answered very promptly saying they would replace my damaged product straight away There was no dispute no fuss or trouble There duly followed a replacement at no cost to me I was very impressed with the service and the products Will be visiting the site again with Christmas presents in mind

Superb servce and beautiful products
Beautifully made products and such super service too We had a mystery with the first delivery when it didn t arrive Martin from the customer service team was superb in helping to facilitate another delivery and has been so responsive throughout The delightful products have brought a huge smile and warmed a few hearts too

Amazing quality and beautiful carving
Lost my dog recently and bought this item man bending over with his hand under dog chin Have it next to my dogs ashes so pleased it and had some compliments from family members Totally recommend this great quality and fast delivery Deffinetly use them again Thanks guys

I was a little worried after reading previous reviews but my experience was positive My order took 11 days to arrive but I live in Canada and I wasn t in any rush to receive it The carvings 3 of Man Dog - floppy ears were actually bigger than I was expecting and the quality was excellent I m really happy with my purchase

I am in love with the product what a great company
I found this company online and noticed how beautiful its products are It was my first order from them and customer service was incredibly good When the product arrived it was so well packed and Figurine SO BEAUTIFUL so well done perfect As a Dog lover this figurine says a lot I will buy from Yukon again highly recommended
