Started with great hope but were sadly disappointed

Yuman is great in marketing their products however our experience with the performance and quality of their products reliability customer service in handling our issue and reachability was terrible We started off with a good online meeting and we were told and convinced that the quality of the mats plankets etc is very good At first we were reluctant as they are produced in China However we were reassured that the producers in China are subject to very high quality standards and were selected carefully To make sure that the mats and the other equipment arrive in time by the opening of our centre we ordered two months in advance and were assured that this is enough time However the products did not make it on time and we had to open our yoga centra without mats and we were left alone and had to deal with carriers that did not show up while holding our opening ceremony When the mats finally arrived we could not use them as only by standing on them stains appeared and participants became reluctant to follow the lessons In addition the plankets that arrived weeks later were of such inferior quality high portion of polyester instead of the indicated wool and cashmere After numerous mails and exhausting efforts on our part we received part of the money back The bolsters and pillows are ok however we will never ever buy any items from Yuman again
