Poor leather quality
I regret about purchase I bought loaf bag and used twice due to covid The leather damage soon despite to used carefully I have bags in same price range used during years without problem Contacted custom service for claim quality return The service mean they use Italian leather high quality also when I asked to show certificate for it they refused Awful customer experience Very disappointed for the one pretend to be brand bags

Costs you a fortune to return their items
If you don t live in the EU don t bother ordering from Yuzefi I ordered a dress that did not fit that cost 400 and they expect me to pay over 100 to return to them Their customer service response time is slow and what they will tell you is that their website states that it s your responsibility to pay to send it back It doesn t state it clearly It s so abnormal to have to pay this much to return something let alone pay anything at all Horrendous customer service and experience

Yuzefi hates any negative comments about their products
I have bought many bags of Yuzefi And one of them is large mochi bag I have written an honest review about this bag on one of their paid ads on instagram and how it actually doesnt stay open and is quite uncomfortable when worn When another user ask for more info I have explained it in another comment Funny enough Yuzefi cannot take any constructive criticism not only they removed my comment but also continued to remove my other comments Is this how you run your business If you cannot take any bad reviews stop being in this business Not everybody has to be happy with your product

THE WORST SERVICE EVER Firstly i bought a bag from the website and did not get notice the price is excluded from tax When the item arrived in Australia i received information i have to pay the tax around 300 Which I m not happy then I requested for refund The customer service has been very slow response then i re-email to asked how much will it deducted the cost to ship it back to them bcs They never give me clear a information from the beginning Then the few days after i received an email saying the money has been refunded And it was deducted 300 from what i paid This was from November 2023 until now end of Jan i paid in total 1200 and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK I have wrote so many emails and they just ignored my emails This is ridiculous What a scam I will never ever recommend this brand This whole experience is the worst in my life I even never received the bag never touch it It was held in custom and ship it back straight away to them 1200 is so much the money never come through to my account

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever Returns from non EU countries are not possible There is no return label and they are asking for duties and taxes to be payed by the customer in advance which is only possible if you are a business and have a B2B account Asked several times for a return label and costs to be deducted from my refund or any other viable return option and I rarely received a reply and it seems like customer care either doesn t read or doesn t understand my emails So unprofessional and possibly not legal either I will end up waisting 240 CHF for a top that doesn t fit

Customer service leaves much to be desired
I ordered a handbag - large Mochi - on October 10 as a birthday gift I received the order via DHL in a huge box on October 14 In the box however I found a small dustbag with a small Pretzel bag instead of the one I ordered despite the order document being correct I emailed their customer service who initiated a return Nonetheless they did not want to send me the correct bag before they received the wrong one despite me sending them a proof of having sent the other bag DHL asks for tax fees to be paid to them as they pay them for the client I did that for the first order Yuzefi customer service promised to pay the second one which was received and sent to them on October 22 On October 30 I received a reminder from DHL which I resent to the customer service On October 31 they promised to deal with the issue It is December 6 now and I have received another reminder from DHL Not only was there a lack of any further gesture to acknowledge their mistake they have not paid the tax charge which should have been done weeks ago The bag quality though is fantastic and I am very happy with it I wish their customer service was as good

If I could give a negative review I would It s annoying that they make you pay the return fees tracking and customs fees duties as it s quite expensive I ve paid 140 so far but even worse that when I tried to do this with DHL and DHL said they cannot do it Yuzefi is refusing to do anything else I am now stuck with a 600 pound bag that is POOR QUALITY the inability to return it and having spent 140 in fees trying to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Never order from Yuzefi directly
This is hands down the worst customer service I ve ever had I m now seriously worried about getting my money back First they sent me a faulty bag stained all over and it took weeks to get a replacement Then the second bag was faulty again the flap doesn t close and after again days of me desperately emailing them they offered my 50 discount on the third new bag After me accepting their offer and again several days they told me that the offer was on the faulty bag which you cannot use as it doesn t close Now I m waiting for the refund but they just don t answer This company is just a scam never order any products directly from them
