Misleading shipment service
Misleading They say they will ship with USPS but they actually use FedEx Smartpost first before handing it off to USPS FedEx Smartpost is absolutely terrible and can take up to a month to get your package Be aware of this before buying from their website

Terrible customer service Il
Terrible customer service I have sent an email this morning about my three review points being added to my current points of 391 150 need to be added for a total of 541 points in the loyalty club program These reviews were completed on Tuesday and have yet to be added we are going on the 4 day now I also messaged online and no one has bothered to respond at all I need this added so I can take advantage of the sale before it ends and before the products are sold out
