Avoid Z2 Comics at all costs

Preordered Ivan Moodys Dirty Poetry costing around 55 72 and now it s way past release day and no sign of my order I ve sent 17 yes I kept count emails requesting updates and only 2 replies and that were the same saying we ll get back to you asap those were 4 months ago I ve also sent an email just asking for a refund which by the looks I ll never get my book or my money backThis also looks bad for the artists who have partnership with them assuming their fans get the product paid for but have no idea like 60 never get them

Very untrustworthy order timelines and non-existent customer service

Order was delayed at least two times before I requested a refund Now I am not getting responses about the refund Stay far away from this scam company You may eventually get an item or you might not but their business practices are utter crap Of interest to those paying with Paypal and credit cards if you pre-order an item you only are covered for up to 6 months via paypal and usually 90 days on a credit card so if you preorder more than 6 months out from delivery OR delivery is pushed and you get fed up past that time frame then you re out of luck

Received about a small portion of my 300 order Emailed multiple times over 3 weeks ago and never heard back Now I m stuck with a useless partial Christmas gift that I was going to give to my brother and can t even get a hold of the company I was supposed to receive my order around the first week of November Judging by all the other reviews and complaints across multiple websites this isn t just poor customer service this is fraud and a scam

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I spent a couple of hundred pounds on the SUPER Limited Edition Elvis Graphic Novel set After EVENTALLY receiving the items after almost a year of waiting I noticed something rather odd about the item The graphic novel was supposed to be individually numbered signed by the creative team and include a hand drawn illustration of Elvis by Michael Shelfer The book simply had a sticker applied to a single page with only 2 signatures the book is not numbered as stated and the illustration is TOTALLY different to ALL official copies that I have seen The illustration in my copy is tiny in comparison on a different page and is not signed or numbered as ALL the other copies I have seen I have E-mailed Z2 comics with photo evidence on 7 separate occasions since March 16th this year and have not received a SINGLE response I only wish that I had seen their reviews online before I had ever even considered purchasing from them YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Non-existent customer service

Ordered in 2021 King Diamond s Abigail Super Deluxe Edition which was meant to be delivered same year around November Delivered partially without cards and mask which were part of the bundle Still after almost a year of chasing the missing items were not delivered and zero feedback when it will be shipped I ve never left before negative review as I was always able to coomunicate with the party from which I ordered but how bad this company is in communication with customer is beyond comprehension Avoid it if you can

Missing item duplicate order no support Z2 SUX

I received my order missing an important part Then somehow I had a second order placed and shipped Started contacting them immediately and for whatever reason its taking a month OR MORE to get back to me each time via email My issue has been ongoing since CHRISTMAS and im still waiting for a full resolution No one ever answers the phone and it was a trial just locating the number to call as it is not advertised anywhere on the website Would never order from them again at this rate

Apparently they don t know how to communicate about existing orders bur have no problem taking money for new orders Pre ordered Hotel Diablo comic in March was supposed to be shipped in July and guess what it s now August and we ve had NO communication But hey they ll email you about new comics they have for sale

This has to be the worst company I have ever ordered from DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY I ordered the Deluxe Hilltop Hoods comic and vinyl package nearly 3 years ago I am yet to receive anything from them and they will not refund my money After dozens of emails requesting a refund Spread the word and do not buy a thing off them

Ordered the Czarface deluxe edition and didn t receive a few items As it was the comic and prints came several months late I m top of all of this they never respond to customers and the comics aren t even good It s almost as if they just hired some random people off of Fiver to write and draw the comics The idea of musicians and non-comic people being able to bring their comic ideas to life is really amazing it s just a shame that this garbage company is the one leading in that field
