NO customer support- stuck with an expensive too small item
I ordered a sweatshirt for my son but it is too small I contacted support the day I received it with no response I emailed an additional 3 times and still no response Also there is supposed to be a form on the site to process returns but there is NO FORM This is a so disappointing I am basically ripped off

Terrible Service
It has been 9 weeks since my order and no contact has been made except a very short email saying an item is out of stock and no reply after It was supposed to be a gift and now I am extremely disappointed and frustrated Terrible customer service and no concern for customers I feel like the products will never be shipped at this point it s ridiculous

This is horrible customer service
This is horrible customer service I have sent 6 emails and no response I paid over a hundred dollars for a sweatshirt that is still saying ready to ship but never shipped I ordered this the first week of December and now my daughter will not get her Christmas present that she wanted the most Absolutely horrible customer service

Horrible quality and service
If I could give this business zero stars I would Product order took four weeks to arrive after purchase That was only the beginning The product is absolute garbage I ordered a hoodie and what came was a skimpy thin sweatshirt made in China Poor quality is an understatement The vinyl applied was terrible quality and inaccurate compared to the origina There were spelling mistakes on the back side with the concert lineup I ve sent three emails asking how to return the item and get my money back It has been 10 days and I ve received no reply However last night I received an email notification that they are shipping me another I do not want another and that was clear in my emails This has been so frustrating because this sweatshirt cost me over 100 Canadian and I don t even think I could give it away on Marketplace
