I had intentions to use this service but my plans have changed and after topping up the account decided not to use it and asked to delete all the information regarding my account They deleted all info gave me a refund which I didn t even ask for

I dont understand why people complain so much I have been using their service for a week The rates are excellent I have been calling and texting without any problem The only problem i have faced is the mobile app goes offline but if you close the app and turn it on again or if you receive a call it goes back online No big problems so far Keep up the good job and please improve the mobile app
