I have purchased many items on several occasions with Zalando and never had a bad experience They swap items without question if sizing is wrong and once the courier made a mistake and we where refunded immediately The app is quite easy to use with a good set of filters on it so you can pin point exactly what you want I honestly couldn t recommend them enough

I buy from Zalando often and never had a single problem Shipping to Denmark is already super fast and their return policy is so flexible I returned many items and always got the money back fast so I always order without worrying too much I end up doing most of my online shopping on Zalando these days for me the customer experience is just way above their competitors

I ve shopped at Zalando for a few months and I am very happy with the service As someone who is finding it difficult to find nice clothing in my area this site has really helped me out Takes on average a week to deliver which is fine I like how they recommend you choose a smaller or bigger size depending on the fit

I cannot fault this company after reading the very mixed reviews I gave them a try The goods came within two days and unfortunately not due to Zalando but The quality of the Nike top I returned it and was credited with a full refund within four days Fantastic service

I do not understand all the negative reviews of Zalando I buy from there quite often and have never had a problem neither has anyone I know in real life Very safe good quality safe returns extensive choice of brands and many different choices of payment This is one of the safest and most legit online companies you can buy from at least in Denmark
