Disgusting unethical treatment of a repeat international customer for unwearable products
Where do I begin I m no stranger to buying from international businesses especially from my country of origin Malaysia I know the risks and exercise as best a judgement as possible But never have I been shown such unprofessionalism mercilessness and downright theft from none other than Zalora Malaysia Taking 2 hours to choose and secure the purchases I was sure I covered all my bases Upon checkout I noticed that despite selecting Australian Size 8 the website selected an XS for me I thought Odd I ll sum it up Upon receiving the items I learned 2 things The company has listed incorrect international sizing for Australia and undoubtedly other countries too - product 1 for a main event is deemed completely not wearable as they are too small To top it all of product 2 from their own admission has failed to include or list the undershirt or tube cover you would expect from a SHEER top with details with an accompanying long skirt Essentially just show your bra underneath because the complete set you ordered still requires you to buy an under cover for yourself Hence it is in fact not a complete set What disappointed me the most wasn t the complete lack of accountability and empathy for their customers situation inflicted by the company itself It s the patronising responses the constant change of mind with what they were willing to compromise with and their communication which gives you an initial sense of confidence only for you to realise how much you were messed around Side note This purchase was AUD 281 not including postage and I also bought in 2022 for AUD 200 Yep continuing customer I have other options for outfits and will be adding an under cover for outfit 2 and take outfit 1 to alterations But I will never ever be buying from Zalora again and I encourage you all to find alternatives there s other great brands from the region

Disappointed customer
I have been an avid customer of Lazada for the past few years My recent experience just made me realise how terrible their customer service is 10 Jun I received an item which is bigger than my size particularly on this brand only and have requested for a return and exchange on 31 May the 2 weeks is due to their available despatch Unfortunately no rider came to collect my return item on 31 May have reported the issue to their customer service and on 10 June the rider came to collect without the knowledge of their customer service named Atiqah It was me who informed her that my return item has been collected She said give them 1-2 days to process the return and exchange Yesterday 12 June I received an email stating that my return request has been cancelled so today 13 June I have asked their customer service and chatted with Farhana mentioning that my refund will be process for 1-3 days as the return and exhange policy has been expired Going back to the statement provided by Atiqah the 30 days return and exchange policy starts from the item received date which is 10 June and it is not applicable to me anyway since the cause of the delay was from their end Their customer service sucks statements are inconsistent Very incompetent Unreliable I am very disappointed on how they handle this 1 return and exchange item

Zalora is full of s Spam you with emails all the time with useless offers I missed a deal before and decided to bite the bullet finally when they sent me a 30 off first purchaser voucher I applied the voucher multiple times on a product that costs over RM900 Each time it would only show a deduction of RM90 I tried with other products and it is the same I contacted customer service First time they told me to proceed all the way and not to worry as the discount will be applied I proceeded and got nothing Of course I did not hit pay when i got to the final page when the price was not right I contacted them again this time they told me they are not sure went to check and disconnected me from the chat Third time the person told me that the so called 30 voucher is capped at RM90 so that they don t lose money and said it was stated on the email they sent me which was a lie I showed them the email and they simply said sorry for the inconvenience Seriously dishonest group Real crooks trying their luck with false advertising and vouchers to lure consumers Disgraceful I have all the print screen conversation and email sent out to me which I will be forwarding to NCCC and MDTCC

Zalora Service Issues
I ve been using Zalora since they first launched in Malaysia I don t know what happened but as of 2021 their service has been abysmal After participating in their user survey and having logged in through their user testing account I started experiencing problems using my personal account I couldn t place orders and couldn t request exchanges or refunds My store credit from previous refunds couldn t be used to make purchases Essentially my account became a dummy account I could do nothing but scroll through their inventory So I reported it to CS and they told me the problem wasn t on their side After multiple complaints they finally admitted to experiencing technical difficulties They asked for access to my account and it s been weeks My bank card details are on the account and they insisted I grant them access to fix the problem After a while I started a new account My deliveries take forever and I can never track them My order updates are delayed and yet again CS responds at the pace of a sloth To sum it up I have a couple of hundred bucks stuck in an account I can t use items that were sent back to be exchanged and I never received the changed items and most concerning of all they have access to my bank account info If you re experiencing issues with Zalora I would strongly advise reporting it to KPDNHEP It s awful to think how people might be paying for items they ll never receive

We ordered a sofa from this company that was supposed to be delivered in 2-4 days It has been 20 and we have yet to receive anything No one in customer service can be contact by actual phone I keep getting email responses saying the will get back to me In each one they ignore our request to cancel it at this point I will never do business with this site again and suggest you don t either

I have purchased a few times on Zalora and have no issue in returning items until the last purchase Bought a Furla Rita bag but found it a bit too small It was only out of the box for less than 20min and I decided to return it and repacked it immediately My return was rejected on the basis that there s a scratch on it which I m pretty wasn t there before It is the vendor purposely scratch it to give excuse to reject my return That s very underhanded for luxury goods vendor and Zalora should investigate

Worst service - very bad experience for my 1st and last using Zalora Malaysia 1 Delivery exceed delivery time frame 2 Did not take responbility to check with the courier service on the delivery 3 Always chat with the AI instead of human being 4 Giving reason for delay cause by MCO or EMCO The best part is I am so lucky as the payment method is COD and buying 1 item only

STAY AWAY Order Never Arrived
I ve made a purchase on Oct 11 and it was supposed to arrive between Oct 18 - 21 Yet my order status was never updated which led me to contacting the customer service regarding my order The customer service agents were infuriating as they ve been sending me template responses saying they re investigating yet no details were given I can t be waiting for my order indefinitely when I ve made my payment At the same time they refuse to acknowledge my request to seek more details or possibilities of refund cancellation
