I was suggested this company by another creative after I had a bad experience elsewhere They were amazing from start to finish It is easy to upload and they kept me updated all the way through If I had any questions they responded quickly I sent 3 designs to be made into iridescent stickers They arrived this morning and I am in love thank you team

They have a very detailed proofing and are trying their best to involve you in every step as best as possible With a fair pricing and very friendly communication I can t be more satisfied as a customer And of course the quality of my order is nothing short of amazing

I love working with Zap Creatives I get a lot of wooden products from them and the quality is always perfect My only negative is sometimes it takes a really long time for the proof production and then delivery so it can be a bit tricky with shop updates or special holidays etc but generally I am super happy with them

I placed my first order with Zap maybe 5 years ago now and have ordered everyone once in a while since but lately I find myself making more and more products with them as I make new creations relying on the variety of materials like pastel and metallic acrylics woods etc They offer these materials at a reasonable price and MOQ which can be hard to find They re always adding new things asking for customer feedback and striving towards eco-friendly practices which I appreciate Recently they re making even more of an effort to form an artist community around their brand too Good quality customer service and always meet the turnaround I ve already got more ideas in the works
