I can only 100 on everything The guys that delivered my new bike Engwin Ep pro 2 Eu bike were professional helpful polite They gave me a 3 hour window and phoned me when they were close Then When they were 5 min away they called again So they read the notes that I put down I would 100 by of them again if I needed to The bike The bike came with everything I need to put the together There was not much to do most of it was all ready built Love the web site to and easy to navigate to

Bike arrived within few days and I assembled then rode it without issues It rides well I am happy to have bought for fair proce via Zapvelo Note I am capable with bicycle maintenance others will need help
