180 euros to the trash

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering They are not good quality but that is a gamble you take with online shopping I have emailed them and tried to get support for returns but nobody responds via email or facebook chat DO NOT BUY FROM THEM it is not worth it

Terrible
Terrible I received my shoes they didn t look like the pictures at all I tried them on and the size is waaay off I ordered a bigger size than I normally get and they seem about 2 sizes too small I tried to get in touch with them to return my shoes and there was no answer Seems like a scam to me

You have to throw them away after a month
You are better off buying a lot of ice cream and going around in bare feet instead of paying for such shoes They call it leather I call it crap to say the least The thin skin on the top peels off and leaves the pale material underneath and I have had them for only a month The shoes now look like they have leprosy The lowest quality shoes I have ever had

Terrible customer service
I have purchased Qarma ballerinas and am deeply disappointed with how unprofessional the company is I previously bought sneakers and was very happy about them so I did not need to experience their customer service This time it turns out that the product description omits a piece of VERY important information The heel of Qarma is far higher deeper than normal so it is designed for a very particular foot type This would not be a problem at all if it had not been for ZAQQ customer service I sent two emails at order zaqq and my zaqq and wanted to try and exchange the shoes But 10 days of waiting for an answer seems like a lot If you cannot handle client communication scale down The next problem is the quality of the website I have made screens in case they take the info down that shipping and return is free It does not say shipping and return from Germany is free And I see that you absolve yourselves in the answers on Trustpilot saying this information is in Terms Well if you want to be a decent company act like it Hiding such information buried somewhere on your site is not fair And you MAKE me use the terrible site in Polish which was machine translated and sounds like a incomprehensible collection of random words Use machine translation if you want Though it is not realy very ethical to avoid paying translators is it But at least do not make me use this version At least allow for changing the language And the returns policy I understand that the online spiel is free delivery and paid returns It is fine But decent companies solve it with an agreement with a shipping company which gives better deals than paying return fee amounting to 10 of the order All in all I discourage everyone to use ZAQQ until they change their attitude

False item returns not possible
They sent me a different pair of shoes than I ordered The ones I received weren t even in their current range When I returned them they didn t accept the package from the postal service so it was returned to sender unopened When I contacted them and asked how they would prevent this from happening the next time including pictures they just told me to send them again Again the same thing happend Then they stopped answering e-mails altogether So I ve lost the cost of the shoes plus three times international postage along with a lot of time and effort Also be warned they have made their shoes quite narrow in the toes Still they link to a review which claim they have good toe space That s however not true anymore

Terrible Return policy
They sent the wrong color shoes and they wouldn t pay for the return themselves saying that the problem was on the color resolution on my screen when purchasing I took plenty of pictures for anyone interested Make sure you check ALL the pictures on the product as you might find the right color in picture number 6 even if the invoice also looks like the first picture and the one you think you are ordering I called several times and they were unhelpful and kind of rude I also scalated the issue to PayPal since they kept on giving me excuses but I that didn t get anywhere either At least I got a full return So now I don t have new winter boots and there s over 20 less in my bank account from the shipping costs I would advice anyone interested on their shoes to buy them through some local shop at least you won t be minus in your bank account if they make a mistake
