Took ages to come Found that they are not following their own terms and conditions when they got caught out they closed the case and refused to talk anymore Lousy company terrible service Update Reply from Zeeman is misleading so please make what you will from that When I pointed out that their reasoning was not in line with their T C they closed the case What they would like to do here is make it look like they resolved the case and I m being unreasonable Have reported their reply and offered the fact based evidence to Trust Pilot

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent order After placing my order I experienced a significant delay in dispatch 19 days after ordering and inadequate communication from customer support Despite reaching out multiple times to confirm the delivery date updates were slow and my queries went unanswered for several days I understand that technical issues can occur and the company did eventually explain that there was a problem with orders to Portugal However the lack of proactive updates especially during a busy period was frustrating This delay meant I was unable to use the materials for a charity project with a strict deadline Unfortunately there appears to be no system in place to cancel or expedite delayed orders which adds to the inconvenience I hope the company reviews its processes to improve communication and customer service in the future
