Disappointed

Very disappointed in my whole Zelle first time experience it was horrible was given the run around for serval days and money been played with back and forth After my transaction is finally complete i will not be using Zelle services again unless other wise

Just horrible Tech support are 1d10t what a waste of time The only reason I use this is because my teacher doesn t use anything else Just got done with a mansplaining dolt who told me to do exactly what I already did Stay away from Zelle if you can

Terrible platform

- zelle won t let you register a google voice or landline number with them who cares if it s not a mobile number if it s my number people should be able to use it as an ID to send me money and the verification code has still never arrived on my mobile phone so i have zero usable phone numbers with zelle - zelle only lets you add 2 phone numbers and email addresses and they re starred out so you if you have multiple addresses at the same provider you can t tell which one you ve added - half the time the qr codes don t work- as others have mentioned it s reallllly slow and buggy- i don t understand why so many people use zelle and then they insist i use it instead of an easier app like venmo- zelle is owned by banks that fund fossil fuel pipelines and other evil climate crisis-accelerating colonial violence projects

Worst money transfer system ever Tried to use Zelle it was refused because Zelle claimed they couldn t verify the recipient Frustrating but ok so I cancelled the request Result An hour on the phone with Schwab trying to sort it out because Zelle informed Schwab that there was fraud on my account triggering a useless investigation that locked me out of my Schwab account for three business days Fraud on my account because Zelle wouldn t allow a transfer to go through to a legitimate person with a legitimate email address If you want to spend hours on the phone with unhelpful call centers trying to get back online to your own account locked out because some incompetent online transfer system cannot do the simplest task go ahead and use Zelle

The WORST It s not immediate Still haven t received money after 4 days even though I have been registered with them for more than a year The correct information was entered I have a printout of the senders confirmation number with all of my info Customer service is awful Zelle sends you to your bank they cant help because they have NOTHING so they send me back to Zelle round and round you go with ZERO resolution

I will give 0 star if I could I have been use zellepay to receive the money over 2 years It has no problem until 3 month ago I fount I did not received some money front sender I called the zelle They said they don t have any information provide to me only say NO they are very bad attitude and don t want to help at all They don t care if you are their customer Stay away this company

Could have walked the money over to the next state faster than sending by zelle Pathetic and provides zero service Call zelle and impossible to speak with a human Call the bank Sounds like a zelle problem Zero accountability Senator Warren investigating zelle for not helping customers get their money back from scammers is like investigating the mafia for not providing health insurance to their employees When someone sends money to someone and it is intercepted by a third party that is theft fraud and larceny Shut this company down and send them to prison

Complete trash Worst customer service I ve ever dealt with I m a small business owner who tried Zelle Customer sent deposit two day ago Funds were removed from my customer s account but have yet to make it to mine I was lied to two different times by two different people One told me the funds would be available after 5 30 p m day of transfer It did not call next day was told it would be available in a few hours and again it was not Here it is a total of 72 hours later and still no funds have made it to my account and no one in their supposed customer service has any idea as to why completely clueless I will never use this again and strongly urge others not to as well PayPal cash app fb pay all far better and safer options

Zelle is a piece of sh t and I hate it So hard to get set up to receive payments It s telling me I can only use one phone number which us all I m using Then I try to use email but Zelle says I can t use a new one without adding it to my bank account first That doesn t make sense because the email is listed with my bank
