Proper customer service and good product
This review will speak to the customer service at Zendure About a year ago I purchased a bundle of SuperTank battery SuperPort 4 charger and a cable For about 9 months all worked excellently The battery solved a ground hum problem I had with chargers connected to AC The battery stopped working - something in the control electronics and would neither give nor take a charge I contacted Zendure for a warranty replacement and they had me make a video to illustrate the problem Far better than having to ship it back While there were delays they eventually replaced the SuperTank battery and to my astonishment included an extra SuperPort 4 which will certainly see good use All in all a company that is trying to do the right thing and that thoughtfully went a bit further than necessary to honor their terms

I ordered their multi-regional 65W plug Works amazing I ordered with a looming trip coming and the plug arrived in only a few days in time for my trip Customer service was exceptionally helpful tracking it for me every step of the way to make sure it arrived on time for my trip Amazing product and amazing customer support

Great support
I bought this for a trip overseas After about 2 weeks of use the mechanism became jammed and I couldn t use it anymore I emailed the company who asked for a few photos and sent a replacement immediately Thank you so much for having such great support

Corrected shipping issue
Had an issue with an order which ended up as two orders being sent to the wrong address Customer service corrected this issue and combined both orders and sent them to the correct address Issue was dealt with very quickly and efficiently Very much appreciated

Product issue that was resolved very quickly
I had an issue with a product that turned out to be defective They were very responsive and I was able to return the defective item and they had a new replacement on its way after just a few simple emails about the situation So refreshing to have such a seamless experience

Replaced an older malfunctioning item
Bought the original a while back Meanwhile bought also the new version A few weeks ago the original stopped working Got in contact with customer support through e-mail They asked me to send a video of the malfunction A day later they sent me a new one Excellent service for mishaps like this
