I was delivered a defective battery and Zendure Support took care of the problem immediately Unfortunately I had to write several emails before they were willing to replace the defective battery But once the defect was accepted the replacement was very quick and my system now works as expected If the response time had been faster it would have been 5 stars The system itself definitely deserves 5 stars
