DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS RADIO STATION The radio station will not play on their app or any where else for that matter They did an upgrade and said they made changes and when I asked about the changes they say they didn t make any I have audio that I deleted off my playlist play on my radio station I have been trying since I started in May to ask them fix something or adjust or restart my radio praying it plays my music Now it is Labor Day weekend didn t get an email or nothing to say that my analytics and radio could be down and when I found out and try to reach out to them they have a message that says they will respond when they return Monday Monday is Labor Day my radio will be out of order for 5 days straight No connection to those who follow me on my page or anything This service is free and it shows

Don t be too quick to review
So I was wandering for an alternative for Listen2MyRadio who stopped giving AUTODJ for free users So I looked for another provider So I found Zeno FM Zeno FM has gotten a very complete suite and very low limitations to everything I have found a lot of quality options and many useful features for my online radio Would completely keep using the service and recommend it Great job Zeno FM you crushed competence

Zeno is the best app for Internet Radio Station Owners Been in Internet Radio for over 20 years and this is the best so far Clear beautiful sound Just because you do not know how to use a Streaming Service to broadcast station do not call it a SCAM Here is my advice learn how to run an Internet Radio Station Zeno your phenomenal keep up the great work

Proof you need to reach out before leaving reviews I just removed a review I left about Zeno fm where I wasn t happy I was bombarding them with emails so they arranged a meeting with me to go over the issues I had All were sorted during the meeting and the result was I could not have been happier I have subsequently moved my station over to Zeno FM and I could not be happier Yes i still run into issues but there is a great support team there to help you get things sorted The technician has been amazing and has worked with me One thing that initially bugged me was confusion with customer service but realistically it s not their job to sort my problems out they are there to help and sometimes that means referring to someone more knowledgeable This is exactly what they are doing I cannot recommend Zeno FM enough As I said I have moved my station over and paid for a year upfront I am already recommending Zeno to other stations
