Everything went perfectly fine
The whole process from booking and pickup to drop off was so easy and fast and the instructions were all very clear Car was exactly as we expected and did exactly what we needed it to It was also a huge benefit knowing the insurance was all included and taken care of When we come back we ll be using Zero again

Excepcional experience
The price was very affordable and already included full insurance coverage with zero excess which made everything worry-free Email responses to my queries were fast and clear which helped a lot with the coordination Even though there were no staff at the pick-up location and made me worry at first everything went smoothly I received the key box code as scheduled and had no trouble getting the car However if anything had gone wrong I understood that I could still contact Blue Car staff for assistance which made me feel even more confident and supported The drop-off was also quick and easy with a friendly staff member assisting me I got exactly the car I had booked no surprises or last-minute changes The car was in good condition clean and ready to drive Overall it s a reliable and convenient service that I would definitely recommend Since I will go back to Iceland in October I will book a car with Zero Car again for sure
