Extremely Poor Experience with Zero Lifestyle

Bery bad experience please avoid Zero Lifestyle
I bought a watch cost me 12 000 PKR watch was not working so I return the watch back and they claim they send me the new parcel but I have not receive anything I tried to contact them several times but they are not helping at all I lost my hard earn money so please save yours Very bad experience please avoid Zero Lifestyle Ticket 287542

Zero Lifestyle has the worst service
Zero Lifestyle has the worst service ever I bought the Zero Atom Pro Buds and they had issues from day one I sent them back three times but the problem was never fixed On the third return they even scratched them and then claimed they didn t do it Now they re refusing to take them back Apparently if I ever want my faulty buds again I just need to email them and they ll kindly return my broken product Absolutely pathetic service

I ordered a Ninja watch from Zero
I ordered a Ninja watch from Zero Lifestyle and it got damaged due to water exposure I sent the watch back to them for repairs but they claimed the damage was not covered under warranty saying it was caused by water When I called their customer service I spoke different agents who all told me the watch is not waterproof but water-resistant However their website clearly mentions that the watch is water-proof which is misleading Despite showing them this information they refuse to acknowledge it Every time I call they say they will connect me to someone who can help but that never happens Now they are asking me to pay for the repairs even though the watch is still under its one-year warranty I have purchased from Zero Lifestyle multiple times before including 2 3 watches and 5 6 AirPods all of which are working fine But this experience has shown me that they do not value their customers I have called them many times yet they are not willing to resolve the issue This has been a very frustrating experience and I m extremely disappointed with their customer service and false advertising I do not recommend purchasing from Zero Lifestyle unless you want to deal with unreliable support and misleading claims

It s a bad watch rear sensor dial I ve complained to you twice about it but he said it s a protective layer and that you should remove it I asked why I should remove it because there are so many scratches How he claims that it has scratches during dispatching I m sad that four or five scratches are okay but this is a lot of scratches which means someone used it He said that if you return it we ll just remove the protective layer and give you your watch back I don t recommend buying from this side because my experience was so awful and nothing is being done about it
