Item not delivered and shocking

Item not delivered and shocking customer service Ordered a water filter on the 17th April 2024 was notified by the delivery company SEUR that delivery would be on 19th April - they couldn t find our address Checked tracking and SEUR offered an option to deliver to a local drop point which we confirmed as it would be easier than a redelivery Since then we haven t heard anything from either Zerowater or SEUR Customer service is awful they just keep asking for our order number which I must have sent them about 5 times - and its been in the email subject bar evey time - Unbelievable Ended up requesting a refund via our bank as I ran out of patience dealing with these morons Shame really because their products and really good

The filters work very very well BUT lifespan of the filters is too short compared to price of the filters Delivery was this time very very slow Communication was initially good but the questions were never answered the whole setup feels like a start-up

The package was late and I needed to contact the support in order to obtain some information I wasn t called back and I didn t receive an email after I called the customer support I needed to contact you via email to get some info The filter only last for about one week despite the fact that the tap water here only has 400-500ppm this is really disappointing because ai expected it to last longer

Now I can drink tap water in stat of bottles and it tastes even better And it saves a lot of plastic To my surprise I received it the next day through their new warehouse in Spain
