ZEROSUPPORT BUGGY APP

I had the unfortunate displeasure of using the ZEROWORK app and it was nothing short of a nightmare The creator of the app Diana proved to be utterly unhelpful and displayed a complete lack of professionalism My experience with their support team was nothing short of a disaster First and foremost ZEROWORK failed to collect data from my perfectly functioning CSS selector Seeking assistance on the Discord group was a huge mistake Instead of providing any meaningful support I encountered a group of individuals who were arrogant condescending and lacked the basic understanding of customer service Their response Just read the tutorials and watch the videos How is that even remotely helpful But it doesn t end there Diana who supposedly owns the ZEROWORK script proved to be just as useless as her app Despite my genuine need for help she outright refused to assist me claiming that others had already accomplished the same task and I should figure it out on my own It s absurd to think that I should spend hours searching through tutorials when the problem lies with her app not my knowledge or capabilities In a last-ditch effort to salvage the situation I even hired a programmer who spent three painstaking hours trying to resolve the issue Unfortunately their efforts were in vain as the program continued to malfunction What truly shocked me was Diana s unprofessional behavior when confronted with my frustration She had the audacity to threaten me with expulsion from the Discord group which she ended up doing on op of sending an extremely rude email threattening to withdraw my LTD Which I think she will do after reading the reviews that she deserves simply for expressing my legitimate concerns It s clear that she has no understanding of customer support or how to handle dissatisfied users I am deeply disappointed in the lack of competence and accountability displayed by Diana and her team It is appalling that someone with such a poor understanding of user support and a complete disregard for resolving issues is in a position of authority within the app community If you re considering using the ZEROWORK app I highly recommend looking elsewhere There s better alternatives such as AUTOMA open source project on github which is FREE but with many more options Save yourself the frustration humiliation and wasted time This app and its unhelpful support are a complete disappointment

I love the program and I feel I didnt really get to the bottom of it yet ZeroWork pushes data into my Wordpress Website gets and updates Data from websites and has helped doing various processes fast and with zerowork

The most powerfull thing I have ever used

I ve been using ZeroWork for a week now and it s absolutely mind-blowing Automating everything has never been this easy The platform is incredibly simple to use and you can literally learn it within a few hours I have no coding experience at all yet I managed to build a highly advanced bot With the help of GPT-4o I was able to generate JavaScript code a few times when things got a bit complicated and now everything works perfectly I m using ZeroWork to search for leads and it saves me 3-4 hours of work every day Absolutely amazing Another thing I love is that I can try it for free for two weeks I highly recommend it to everyone and I can t wait to see what the future holds for ZeroWork I m sure you ve gained a customer for life Greetings from Belgium

Wow I only recently started using zerowork and I regret not doing it sooner It is an amazing product once you understand a little then it becomes more intuitive It took me a couple of days to make my first automation and just that one save me at least a couple of months of work I made summaries of all the videos on my youtube channel in a few hours 00 recommended

Zerowork is one of the best purchases I made Diana is one of the few product owners who is actually product driven rather then just revenue I bought zeroworks almost a year ago and every week or month there is new updates and improvements At this stage its actually becoming hard to suggest what else they could add Amazing for businesses or indivduals automating their daily life on the web

I have been using the ZeroWork Task Bots to help me automate my playlist creation on Tidal As you may know creating playlists can be a PITA I am using them to build the 100 Billboard Hits for each year in the 80s then I will move to the 70s Once you get the logic and everything set up it is mostly smooth sailing There are a couple hiccups that I am working on but nothing that won t be solved in the next couple days Once again this is a great product now but it can be mind blowing in the future

I just want to say that I am super happy with the product they have built and tutorial videos created by their founder I have used 2 or 3 different paid RPA tools and this has definitely been the easiest for me to use and is actually able to do what I want it to do Looking forward to the progress and growth of this business

ZeroWork is a powerful tool for web automation I have used it to build an automation that turns a business process that would require hundreds of labor hours into a 30 minute Taskbot I followed Diana s helpful videos and really studied the documentation and found all the information I needed to fully utilize the platform It did take several days of playing studying before I really got going - so don t expect this tool to be a magic wand It s a powerful tool but it s only as powerful as the instructions you give it In the few months since I ve started using ZeroWork I ve seen several updates feature additions and bug fixes Diana is incredibly responsive to the needs of ZeroWork users and prioritizes functionality reliability and stability before adding new features

The software is incredible Although I have only created one bot I am thrilled with the product We had a slight hiccup at first I shared my challenges with support and Diana I must say that Diana is a true dream leader She is empathetic kind and highly knowledgeable She is not only their CEO but at least for now the main developer for the platform wearing multiple hats as most start-up leaders do Diana accepted responsibility for the hiccup we had shared some perspective and took ownership of the issue Every startup will have problems but it s how they handle it will make all the difference in the world How Diana handled it sets the bar for world class service
