The distance between the device and router is ridiculously short There are several devices further away that work just fine I can t buy another Zetronix product

This company MayBelle in particular follows a pattern of behavior when you want to return a product First they will send you a list to follow to fix the problem with things you already know about in order to delay the return past the due date if possible and if close enough Then even if the product arrives broken they will still insist that you pay for the return label and THEN they will STILL Charge You a restock And if you are lucky enough to get a live person to talk to about all this they will nervously tell you to go to the company policy page it s not our fault page lol and then hang up Also its interesting to note that this company is strategically based in a state where you cannot record even these such business interactions unless you get their consent to post on YouTube On a positive these 2 companies do not play these games bhphotovideo comabt com

You ll be sorry
When and while their spyglasses work they re great But they all break within six months or so Getting them to honor the warranty is a virtual impossibility--they ll slow walk dumb instructions to you to fix your broken unit then send you what is clearly a refurbished unit replacement broken out of the box Do not recommend

Don t buy from this company I bought the kestrel Wi-Fi glasses and they wouldn t connect to the network the side got too hot to wear and then they charged me 15 of my purchase price to return them Trash ass company All their refund policy says is money back guarantee Then it goes on to comment on the underhanded tactics of customers who buy stuff and return them Maybe they re afraid if they just say their policy outright that they re going to charge you 15 - 30 every time you return something they re afraid nobody would buy their crap I told him it didn t work I told him it got too hot to wear and they still charged me
