Purchases on the 15th The website did not mention anything about production time implying that it would ship right away I paid extra for express shipping Shipping label was created on the 21st As of the 27th the product still has not shipped from Ukraine Absolutely ridiculous for a 200 product to have such bad customer service They list items at limited stock Implying they have them ready to ship You have to scroll down to the bottom of the page and look in sub menus to find anything real about the company It s the equivalent of fine text These people were absolutely happy to swindle Christmas gift purchasers Implying that if they act quickly they could get the limited stock mentioning nothing about their 9 day production time

Edit Got my clock and lovely customer service
After my packaged was lost I was very sad Come to find Out Zewood is located in Ukraine I was so sorry and shocked about myself to get angry at them A few weeks ago they reached Out to me and Now I got my clock and couldn t be happyer The quality is awesome But what was even better is their lovely customer service They were very kind and helpful Will defenetly Shop With Them again

Absolutely love this Zewood map I m a huge Zelda fan and couldn t pass up the chance on buying this With Tears of the Kingdom coming up soon I thought this was a great item to add to my Zelda collection The packaging alone is 5 stars It was super well wrapped so thank you for that I bought the XL size and I was afraid it would be too big but it is perfect size to show off on a wall For those still deciding on getting this item don t hesitate Just buy it
