The AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE with Ziegler Brown are non existent I have tried to contact both by email and on there website asking about where I can purchase consumables for a Z B two burner Barbecue after transporting the BBQ to SPAIN Not a single reply from them to date Just as well the Z B twin grill BBQ is still working well So basically even when you are asking about consumable products from one of there BBQ s there is no service whatsoever- very strange as it is extra revenue for the company My advise is to not purchase any of the Ziegler Brown products due to this lack of AFTER SALES SERVICE Such a company deserve to fail as there is much competition in the BBQ sales market and this company do not deserve a share of the market

Customer care not
We decided on a Z B classic 4 burner BBQ after getting it home I started to put it together straight away found issues there was a broken hinge missing bolts loose lid dirty foot print on the bottom tray deep scratches on the hood cart after sending 2 emails apparently didn t get the 1st email complete with heaps of photo evidence to the Customer Care people we waited for a response after 2 weeks nothing so I rang the store I bought it from they sent the photo evidence receipt to Customer care they couldn t get anywhere with them either anyway after 2 months I finally received my new bbq from bbq s galore in Warrawong I have to say they couldn t do enough for me were pretty embarrassed by the whole episode and I found the Z B c care people to be very deceitful untrustworthy I would deal with bbq s galore again but not Zeigler Brown there is plenty of other brands out there a lot cheaper probably better l m very disappointed it took 2 months to resolve the problem about 1 hr to finalise close the case

We find the 3 burner classic very
We find the 3 burner classic very frustrating Most times it won t get hot enough to cook the meat properly And when you open the lid the temp drops and or the flames go out with no wind After sales service is non existent Stay away from this product

After 3 years of light use
After 3 years of light use our Ziggler and Brown bbq just stopped working Warranty and service has been incredibly frustrating to get any communication from There s not much point having a 7 year warranty if they are not going to respond to warranty issues Save your time and buy a different bbq it s not worth the hassle

Worst pile of garbage money can buy Terrible build quality After 5 years powder coating has peeled rust has set in All burners have deteriorated Most nuts and bolts have come loose Never heated evenly either It is installed under cover and looked after It s rubbish and spares cost more than the bbq Do Not Waste Your Money -5 stars
