TERRIBLE Tried for multiple days to get my card redeemed to NO AVAIL Called their offices and waited in hold for 15 minutes to be told there s nothing they can do and to call back another day Asked what they would do on another day and said they ll see when they get there Absolutely unprofessional Will not be buying these cards again and will be returning

Not a Real Gift Card DO NOT BUY

Seems fake We got two of these gift cards but got two different error messages when trying to redeem one of the error messages said to make sure we we in the US and not on a VPN we re definitely in the US and not on a VPN The other error message told us to contact the store where it was purchased we have receipts from a typical grocery store but they said to contact zillions gift I called them and you just sit on hold with no end this is a huge scam I cannot believe this company is still in business

Couldn t be more aggravating for 20

I got a card for 20 spent 20 minutes trying to redeem at Ebay last night The 20 never showed up at my ebay account even though I got email confirmation saying it would be showing up Nothing at Ebay today I have been on hold for at least 20 minutes now to speak with a representative This is sucking up my Saturday free time This could go for hours now just to recieve a 20 gift Now I just spent over 30 minutes speaking with someone on the phone who barely speaks english and I kept asking them over and over where the 20 is and they couldn t tell me I started to get irritated and they hung up What a scam

OMG what a pain in the A Everything that I read in the reviews is exactly true and what I went through i would never gift this to someone because it is all hassle and then some I got in touch with customer service finally and did a walk through and all for them to tell me that they re system is down please try again in the morning it is already 1 00 am I am not happy with this company and will WARN all my clients friends and family NOT to buy

Don t waste your time and money

Tried to redeem and got the We are unable to process your order message What s the point of buying a gift card if you can t redeem it when you re out trying to use it and it says it takes anywhere from 1 hour to 24 hours to receive your gift card Should be IMMEDIATELY since I already spent the money to get the card in the first place Don t waste your time with this gift card Was trying to redeem at Cheesecake Factory for 50 and a Cheesecake Factory is running a promo if you buy a 50 gift card get a bonus 15 Would have been a better buy straight from the restaurant VERY DISAPPOINTED Go elsewhere Update- I had to call the supplied customer service number to try and get this redeemed or refunded Ends up that these cards don t work with iPhone safari which isn t stated anywhere on the packaging or card I was able to redeem this on google chrome still beside the point since we went out to eat and couldn t use the card when we should have I d still not recommend this gift card

Zillions gift card

Received gift card from a family member I tried to register the card online Kept getting error message that I needed to be in the US and not on VPN I tried with 3 different browsers same message I called customer service spoke with someone she verified that the card is active but could not give me a solution as to why I was unable to redeem the card I almost bought one of these cards as a gift but saw it was a digital card and decided against it Good thing I agree with most of the reviews stay away from this company

Scratch-off does not work

Unable to successfully scratch off to reveal the code It s smeared by the silver scratch-off debris Also my Mac is blocking this site and states that the site has virus and spam concerns
