This site proved to be untrustworthy. My order never arrived, and repeated emails went unanswered. In the end, I had to file a chargeback to get my money back.

I have ordered from this company for many years and there has been delays before but they usually have responded I ordered in April and I have still not received a response I have emailed and sent messages and have not had the courtesy of a response18 07 i received an email from zimseller claiming that people are now receiving their orders and i should receive my order shortly It has been 14 weeks now since i ordered We will see if what they say is true

Wish I could give a zero Also wish I had read all these tales of woe before I ordered I ordered some Safyr Bleu eye drops because I am not allergic to them This was in May I think I have been well and truly scammed out of 24 and I am usually so careful Most South African sites are so reliable I didn t even consider a scam at the time

A star is too much for their service I ordered something I didn t get it and after a month I write them to find the product is out of stock They said is gonna refund me and after 2 months I still didn t get the refund
