I would strongly recommend you do not use this company They will make an offer then claim the valuation came in too low using a spicerhaart who are part of their business group cancel offer and then claim to have an investor interested They are nothing but a poor estate agent high staff turnover rude and incompetent staff They dont validate or sale progress Expect a fee for nothing without a contract whilst breaching any terms They are useless Sell it yourself you would be far better I am currently preparing to take this firm to court for so many legislative breaches

Honest friendly and trustworthy

I approached Ziphouse to value my late uncle s property The house was over 200 miles away from where I live so I just wanted a quick sale on it They explained that they could make the process quick and easy but would be paying under market value for it The house was worth around 100 000 and Ziphouse completed in just over 3 weeks at 84 500 I didn t pay any estate agency costs and they also provided me with a solicitor that again was paid for she was excellent so all in all I am really happy with the service I received Would 100 recommend this Company if you re looking for a quick sale on your property
