The instructors was very knowledgeable

The instructors was very knowledgeable and could explain the course material in an easy to understand and grasp manner I would take this class again and would recommend it to others

The Learner success advocate was really helpful taking the time out to one on one with me when needed She sent instructional video as well to help with assignments They were all very helpful with the exception of one that the person giving the instruction was confusing going back and forth while looking for the proper drop down to navigate the steps of the assignment

The Ziplines Business Analytics Science Certificate course which lasted 10 weeks was an outstanding experience The classes were engaging and interactive making learning fun and practical They touched on key tools like SQL and Tableau providing a solid foundation and allowing us to apply these skills in real-world scenarios The blend of theory and hands-on assignments really helped me build confidence What made the experience even better was the excellent online support The coaches were responsive and offered great guidance throughout the course I also loved the Zoom meetings which allowed me to review coursework in detail whenever needed One area that could enhance the course is including more group projects to foster peer collaboration Overall the course exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to sharpen their business analytics skills

Business Analytics - Very enjoyable and well put together

The content was easy to follow and absorb The instructors in the modules and Nisar for the live sessions were wonderful and very knowledgeable Frank did an awesome job pulling everything together and being available if extra help was needed

What made my experience great

What made my experience great was how the structure of the course is lined out for a variety of learning styles from visual to taking notes and little refresher test questions in between sessions to keep the information flowing The course was really good for the everyday working life I was able to learn and get through the course while working 45hrs plus a week Thank you for the awesome experience

I went in with a little more confidence than I should have This course has helped me to realize that there is much more to marketing than just personal experience with customers This course has helped me to realize how deep connecting with and understanding your audience is down to the smallest details I also now understand how to analyze and use information gathered through our campaigns much more thoroughly

10 weeks well spent

I actually had fun doing this course The online material and live sessions were great but the mandatory slack posts kinda killed all conversations among participants Sometimes there was some confusion during live sessions about where to post comments slack or zoom chat Otherwise loved it Thank you
