Subscription Charge Price Hike No Acceptable Low Volume Subscription Any Longer
I recently received notice that the subscription charge for the service I am using has increased by 300 and I am extremely unhappy about it I think this is completely unacceptable and I have made numerous attempts to contact the company about these issues but have not been successful in getting a response The software itself shows promise but the customer service is absolutely diabolical I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now but it seems like they just don t care about their customers I would not recommend this service to anyone based on the poor customer service alone I don t list many items per month so forcing me to pay three times my original subscription for 200 listings per month is meaningless to me I list well below the original 100 per month I asked them if there was any way of having a lower volume subscription and that I would be happy to pay 100 more than I have been doing because it would be worth it to me then Since I had no feedback or replies I have now tried to cancel numerous times to no avail They are still trying to take my money although I have cancelled the standing order In conclusion the increase in subscription charges is outrageous and the customer service is non-existent Save yourself the frustration and avoid this service

Tried to Cancel my subscription However you have to email them and inform them as apparently it s to difficult to have a Cancel button on there website I have emailed many time and they still take money out my account

I was using the free version of Zipsale
I was using the free version of Zipsale with limited listings but it has been glitchy for ages I am now blocked from Vinted for suspicious activity due to using Zipsale Zipsale fails with every upload and wants you to log out and log back into Vinted and reconnect marketplaces for every upload which is more time consuming than just uploading listings manually

Huge time saver
Have been using Zipsale for a few months and so grateful for all the time I have saved already Easy to use and manage multiple listings across the marketplaces I use It is great to have all my products and information accessible centrally saves a lot of time
