I am quite happy about the service provided to me so far It would be even better if you can send a confirmation about the order via email and also update the customers once a while on the status of order and an estimted delivery date So the customer can feel the great care from Zitmaxx not only before purchase something but also after the deal is already made

Very friendly and good variety and choice A bit long the waiting for the actual delivery of customized product No problem with English speaking customers eithers very easy to configure the Sofa to our need and some good advise were provieded in the process

Hendrik I believe was name of the chap that helped us and he was tops Really was and great in showing us the options that were possible and clear in replies to our questions We had heard of your store via other freinds and they were right A very good place to look and rthe service was great It will be some time before chair delivered but up to now more than satified and pleased with our finding a new store for the future Before we buy anyhting we will deffinitely come and look at your options Cheers Guy

The made-to-measure products are sublime
The sortiment was astonishing there was a lot to chose from There is something for everyone there independent on style Friendly personnel and when requested support we were seated at a table and got coffee served We didn t need to wait more than 5 min and then we had a salesperson ready to assist She was listening to what we wanted and acted really professional Provided different options based on what we asked for We really recommend this store if you want and like the personal touch and someone that actually listen instead of trying to force a sale on you

Anita has the patience of a saint We visited three times before we made our final decision on a new couch She walked us through the options ideas and fabric samples At no time were we rushed pushed or felt pressure We cannot wait for both our new couch and dining chairs to arrive We look forward to returning soon for a few smaller items such as side tables lamps and maybe vases Thanks Zitmaxx is has been a pleasure doing business with you
