I visited Zizi s high Wycombe restaurant and unfortunately had a ratherdisappointing experience that I feel compelled to bring to your attention During my visit I encountered two significant issues that left me quite dissatisfied Firstly the toilettaps in your restroom were not functioning properly which was rather inconvenient Secondly andmore concerning I discovered a strand of hair in one of the dishes I ordered As a regular patron of your establishment I have always appreciated the quality of your food and theoverall ambiance However this recent experience has left me quite disappointed and concernedabout the overall hygiene and maintenance standards I believe in constructive feedback and hope that my complaint can help you improve your services Ikindly request that you address these matters promptly and take steps to prevent similar incidents inthe future I understand that such situations can occur but it s essential to ensure they are promptlyresolved to maintain customer trust and satisfaction I have not had a response from Zizi Restaurant high Wycombe I made my complaint in August its now November very bad customer after care stay clear from high Wycombe branch hair In food taps to wash your hands after toilet don t work be careful 2

Wrong management cheeky rude manipulative not suitable for leading role unable to cope with difficult situations leading to bad experience also careless and I can carry on

Zizzi home delivery disaster

We ordered some pasta and pizza home delivery last night from Zizzi in Sutton - the food arrived within the time slot but the pizza was cold not warm COLD - pasta was luke warm We asked the Deliveroo driver and his response was I don t speak English - I tried calling Zizi s 3 times but there was no reply all calls timed out and hung up - I certainly will NEVER use them again - a very bad and expensive experience - it seems clear that Zizi don t care about their customers

another nightmarehad main meal and ordered a sweet but after circa 30 mins nothing appearedwhen chased i was told uber stuff takes priority so would have to wait so paid and left and won t be going there againit s about time that Trust pilot offered a no star choice

Please beware of those thieves order online with discount prices and when paid it showing full price THIS IS FRAUD COMPANY STAY AWAY

Food completely cold

Ordered for delivery but received pizzas in wet boxes and the food was completely chewy and cold

We went to ZIZI liverpool and we both ordered the spaghetti bolognaise and the food we received was cold and the spaghetti undercooked and it was very watery and it looked and tasted like a microwave meal
